Established in 2023, the University School of Fire and Industrial Safety (USF&IS) of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Industrial Safety professionals. Located at the East-Campus (Surajmal Vihar Delhi) of the University, we provide a dynamic learning environment aimed at equipping students with essential skills for the ever-evolving field of fire and industrial safety.

Programs Offered:
Post Graduate Diploma in Fire and Life Safety Audit (PGDF&LSA): This one-year program is designed for those seeking to enhance their expertise in safety audits and risk management.
MBA in Fire and Industrial Safety: Launched in the academic year 2024-25, this program combines managerial skills with specialized knowledge in fire and industrial safety, preparing graduates for leadership roles in various sectors.
Both programs are offered as weekend courses, allowing students to effectively balance their studies with professional commitments.
The PGDF&LSA program accommodates 50 students, while the MBA program has a sanctioned intake of 30 students. Both programs adhere to the guidelines established by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the National Education Policy (NEP-2020).
