Recipient of 32nd Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Memorial National Teacher Award 2016 and Best Paper Award:2023 for paper presentation in the NAAC sponsored Two days National Conference on �Best Practices of Research & Innovation in STEAM Higer Education� organized by Shrimathi Devkunvar Nanalal Bhatt Vaishnav College for Women (Autonomous), Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (09-10 March, 2023) is Associate Professor, University School of Education, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He obtained Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Degree in Education from Department of Education, University of Delhi. He also obtained Master Degree, with Distinction, in Chemistry from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He was awarded Merit Scholarship for B.Ed. by Department of Education, University of Delhi, Year 1997-98. He has supervised one hundred and one M.Ed. dissertations. He was a Member of ICT Curriculum Group (2013) to work out Curricula for ICT in Education developed by Central Institute of Educational Technology, NCERT, New Delhi. He has presented research papers in national and international conferences/seminars in India and Abroad. He has visited foreign universities namely National Sun-Yat sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan; University of Sussex, Brighton, England; University of Toronto, Mississauga, Canada and Singapore University of Social Sciences, Singapore. He chaired the technical sessions in the International Conferences at University of Sussex, United Kingdom and University of Toronto, Canada. He has delivered Video Lectures for D.El.Ed. Programme on NIOS, Channel No. 32 �Swayam Prabha� and IGNOU, Channel 32 �Teacher Education�. He has developed e-Content for School of Education, Central University of Punjab; Centre for Distance & Open Learning, Jamia Millia Islamia; HRDC, Mizoram, CIET-NCERT and NCTE. He has regularly published research papers, articles and concept papers in National and International journals of repute. He is in the editorial board of national and international peer-reviewed journals. He has been invited in various capacities in professional development programmes at institutional and university levels. He is a life member of Indian Association of Teacher Educators (IATE), All India Association for Educational Research (AIAER), Global Educational Research Association (GERA), Delhi State Science Teachers Forum (DSSTF), Teaching & Education Research Association (TERA) and All India Science Teachers Association (AIAER). He was elected in the Executive Body (2010) of AIAER and IATE (2017).

Teaching Experience

Dr. Indrajeet Dutta is working as Associate Professor in University School of Education, GGSIP University. Prior to it, he is working as Assistant Professor in Maulana Azad National Urdu University (Central University), Hyderabad and posted at one of its constituent colleges of Teacher Education at Bhopal. He began his teaching career as Physical Science teacher in school. Later on, he moved to Education Department of Indraprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad in 2004 and then to Education department of Lingaya�s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Sciences (affiliated College of GGSIP University) in 2006. He has almost 17 years of teaching experience at UG, PG and Ph.Dlevel. He has contributed almost dozen chapters in different areas of education. He hasedited five books in different areas of education. He has also contributed in the module development of NIOS, IGNOU, MPBHOJ University, MANUU and Central University of Punjab Bhatinda. He has almost written 50 research papers and articles in international and national journals and presented almost three dozen papers in international and national conferences. He has been recently appointed as member for NCTE sub-committee on Development of Open learning Resources (OLR) on Assessment for Learning and Pedagogy of Sciences. His area of specialization is Educational Evaluation, Educational Research, Education of Marginalized, Pre-Service Teacher Education and ICT in Education. Presently writing a resource book for teacher-educators and teachers on Classroom Assessment: Theory and Practice.

Dr. Neeti Dutta is working as Associate Professor in University School of Education, GGSIP University. Prior to it, she is working as Assistant Professor in Maulana Azad National Urdu University (Central University), Hyderabad and posted at one of its constituent colleges of Teacher Education at Bhopal. She has worked in IGNOU, NCERT and NIEPA. She began her teaching career from Ideal Institute of Management and Technology, Delhi an affiliated College of GGSIP University. She was Head of the Education Department. She has almost 21 years of teaching experience at UG, PG and Ph.D level. She has contributed almost dozen chapters in different areas of education. She has authored three books in different areas of education. She has also contributed in the module development of NIOS, MPBHOJ University, MANUU and Central University of Punjab Bhatinda. He has almost written 35 research papers and articles in international and national journals and presented almost 30 papers in international and national conferences. He has been appointed as member for NCTE sub-committee on Development of Open learning Resources (OLR) on Philosophy of Education and Pedagogy of Social Sciences. His area of expertise is Bhartia Darshan (Indian Philosophy) and Indian Knowledge System. Her other areas of academic interest Curriculum Development, Pre-Service Teacher Education and Children with Special Needs.

Teaching Experience

Working as Associate Professor at Universitys' School of Education GGSIP University, Dr Shalini Yadava has been a teacher educator for 14 years. She started her teaching career as a Biology Teacher at DPS( Delhi Public School ) R.K Puram in the year 1998, Her journey as a teacher educator started at DPS Institute of Higher Education , a B.Ed college of Delhi Public School Society , affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University , R.K Puram, Delhi in the year 2000 . After a stint of six years as Lecturer and officiating for one academic session as the head of this institute she joined as Assistant Education Officer (A.E.O) at the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E),Delhi.She worked in this organization in two capacities i.e AEO (Regional Office,Delhi) and AEO(Vocational Education and Edusat).This experience provided her an opportunity to work in diverse academic and administrative environments . Her passion for teaching and longing for research made her quit this post after serving this organization for an year(2006-2007). She then joined as a head of a college at Gurgaon offering the B.Ed and M.Ed programme for six months. Before joining the present post she was teaching B.El. Ed students at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College , University of Delhi . She has been an all rounder throughout her academic career and has organized and participated in diverse literary and cultural activities. She has been awarded the Salamat � Ullah gold medal for standing first in the B.Ed examination of the Jamia Millia Islamia University . She has also been awarded the Gold medal at the M.Ed Programme of Central Institute of Education, University of Delhi . She was also awarded the J.R.F by UGC. She has authored two textbooks of Biology and published a number of articles/ concept papers/research papers and chapters in magazines ,journals and Books respectively.
