Teaching Experience
Gaurav has completed his MSc & Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He has developed the processes to overproduce a number of therapeutic and industrial importance recombinant proteins.
After Ph.D. degree, he moved to Osaka University Japan to learn concepts of metabolic engineering and high-throughput bioprocess analytical techniques. He has studied genome wide transcriptome of S cerevisiae under stressed condition to improve bioprocess yields.
Gaurav has worked in vaccine industry and later academic-industry interface. He has contributed for technology development for manufacturing and analytical characterization of various antigens. Later these technologies were transferred to cGMP manufacturing for production of vaccine candidates for further preclinical and clinical development
